Here we go, the final season of keepers before the redraft. The ECFFL saw an off-season of unprecedented trade activity which obviously effected the keeper lists. After much calculation through the L.A.K.E. (Lakewater Analysis Keeper Evaluation) tool here are the 2023 Lakewater Keeper rankings:

| Crazed Dogs | 55.45 | A lot of questions here and lets face it, the LAKE does not like QB keepers even if they make sense on paper |
| Flying Rastas | 54.65 | We’re not sure exactly what happened at the darkness retreat but even a prescient trade of JT can’t mask the keepers are weak |
| Worthless Vagrants | 51.25 | A shaky group of keepers here without anyone in the top 20. Good thing the King has a coffer of first round picks. |
| Beaufort Rocksters | 40 | Somehow KO traded himself into a nice set of keepers. There is obviously a method to his madness? |
| Goose Football Team | 36.4 | Henry’s star is fading and Pierce is still a question mark |

Picture this…a young sprinter is in his first Olympics (the big leagues) and he is anchoring the 4×100 for a stud team. They have given him a huge advantage but on the last hand off he drops the baton. Will Commando drop the baton in the draft? |
